PTA membership is comprised of parents, students, teachers and staff who work to make our school a positive social and educational environment for all. The PTA budget and allocations are determined by the needs of DSHS students and staff, and are voted on by the PTA membership at four PTA general association meetings.
Being a PTA member allows you to vote. Membership costs $15 per individual, per year, and is available to students, parents, teachers and staff. There are two ways to join:
PDF download: Link to the appropriate PDF form below. Once the form is printed and complete, submit it with payment as instructed in the form.
Online form: Link to the appropriate Google form below. Once the online form is complete, pay membership fees separately as instructed in the form and confirmation.
As a member of the DSHS PTA, please know that your address information is shared with the California and National PTAs for non-solicitation purposes only.
